I-75 North (78 miles); take US 301/Ocala/US-441/Silver Springs Exit # 354 (.4 miles); Turn RIGHT onto US-27 S/FL-500 S.; Continue to follow FL-500 S (2.8 miles); turn LEFT onto US-301 N/US-441 N/NW Pine Ave/FL-200 N/FL-25 N. Continue to follow US-301 N/FL-200 N (28.7 miles); Merge onto FL-20 East (25.6 miles); turn LEFT onto FL-19/S SR 19 (0.9 miles); Clinic is located within the Palatka Mall on the LEFT.
