Nurse Practitioner – Occupational & Primary Care

Premise Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Employer Health Center located in North Chicago, IL. You'll deliver high-quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment that blends Occupational Health and Primary Care services.

Requirements:

• Active NP license & national certification (ANCC or AANP)

• State and federal prescriptive authority

• CPR/BLS (AHA-compliant, hands-on)

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in ambulatory care, family practice, urgent care, or occupational health

Preferred:

• Experience with EMRs and OSHA standards

• Strong clinical and communication skills
