In 2004, after a severe motorcycle accident involving 10 days of hospital accommodations, I joined the Army with a 15-month contract to prove to myself that I hadn’t lost a step…20 years later I completed this chapter.

I am now a proven Talent Acquisition Professional with a track record of achieving extraordinary results in Campus Recruiting, Medical Recruiting, TA Management, and Strategic Level Operations Management.

In retrospect, I realize I acquired countless skills that will assist me for years to come.

Now I have the honor of working for Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center! My role includes recruiting the best and brightest physicians, in various specialties, to provide expert care in state-of-the-art facilities while training the next generation of physicians.

In my spare time, I provide coaching, counsel, and mentorship to our nation's military on the transition back to the civilian workforce.
