Before becoming a full-time physician recruiter, I worked as the Communications and Outreach Coordinator at a Regional Medical Center. As the in-house physician recruiter, I worked directly with multi-specialty practices and multiple Primary Care clinics. I was involved in physician onboarding/retention, strategic planning, and marketing. Working for a hospital system in Northeast Texas, my job focused on finding and hiring the best providers and then working with them to develop and implement business strategies to expand the exceptional care they provide the community.
