Kris Yoder

Kris has worked in the healthcare industry as a Practice Manager for over 30 years. She managed the day to day operations of Primary Care, Specialty Care and Oncology Services at Indiana University Health Arnett and enjoyed building relationships with those teams. In 2016, Kris joined IU Health Arnett’s Physician and Advanced Provider Recruitment team as Manager.

The experience she has had working with Physicians and Nurse Practitioners has taught Kris the importance of finding the right job fit for her candidates. Kris is committed to working with healthcare professionals to find a job that is both professionally rewarding and personally fulfilling. Kris and her team seamlessly navigate candidates through the entire recruiting process from interviewing to on-boarding and build solid relationships along the way.

Kris has a passion for healthcare and recruiting the “best of the best” professionals to the IU Health system. “I love what I do and knowing that it impacts the many lives of our employees and patients is very satisfying to me.”

Fun Fact: Kris is a grandmother who enjoys running 5K’s, vacationing and hosting events.
