James Leising

James Leising is the President and Co-Founder of EMrecruits. While at EMrecruits he has largely narrowed his focus to Independent Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, Critical Care, Trauma, Primary Care, Behavioral Health and Anesthesia physician groups. 

Prior to joining EMrecruits, he served as Divisional Vice President of Recruiting and as Divisional Vice President of Marketing for the nation’s leading 3^rd party physician & allied health search and consulting firm. He brings more than 24+ years’ experience in healthcare staffing & consulting expertise on physician and allied health needs assessments, demographic & healthcare trends, compensation analysis, contracts, retention, and physician/hospital relations.  He has worked with the largest regional and national hospital systems, community hospitals, Community Health, Tribal and Government Health as well as private practice groups across all specialties.

James, widowed by his lovely wife Jennifer, lives in Plano, TX and has 3 boys Titan, Aiden & Troy.   In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his kids and traveling.
