I’m Andrea Flamenco, Senior Recruiter at United Digestive. Since 2007, I’ve had the privilege of working in healthcare recruiting—a field where I’ve been able to connect talented physicians with opportunities that truly make a difference. Over the years, I’ve built lasting relationships and found so much joy in helping others grow in their careers.

Family is just as important to me as my work, and I feel blessed to balance both with gratitude and purpose. One of my favorite reminders comes from Confucius: “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” For me, recruiting is exactly that—it’s not just a career, it’s a calling.
