I have worked in the marketing and public relations field for the past 8 years, ultimately gaining experience in the medical field with B2B sales and brand awareness. As a former territory manager in the pharmaceutical industry and a marketing representative for UPMC, I have extensive experience in creating campaigns to reach goals while contributing to a high retention rate and low churn.

Why did I choose a career in recruiting? People are my passion. I find so much joy in helping individuals reach their full potential and goals. As many of us know, work takes up most of our day. With that said, as a recruiter, I take pride in ensuring the placements of my candidates are a strong match for all parties. I am passionate about finding people careers rather than simply jobs.

I strive to bring 100% to the work that I do, and my goal as a recruiter is to build strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with candidates and our UPMC staff.
