As a Physician and Advanced Practice Clinician Recruiter with Bon Secours Mercy Health, I support our urgent care and occupational health clinics across the health system. My passion lies in making recruitment a truly positive experience for both candidates and the organization. I focus on relationship building, talent strategy, candidate experience, and process improvement — all with the goal of connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

One of my favorite parts of my role has been launching new initiatives within urgent care to streamline recruitment. These projects have not only simplified the process for candidates but also supported stronger hiring results and better retention for our teams. I’d describe my approach as empathetic, mission-oriented, and growth-focused — always striving to improve while keeping people at the center.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at home with my husband and our two teenage boys — and caring for what has become a bit of a family farm: four dogs, six ducks, a pig, two turkeys, and countless quail. It’s busy, but it’s full of joy.
