Employment Opportunity with Hendrick Anesthesia Network

o 40-hour work week with peel-off and call (willing to prorate to any desired hour commitment)

● 0-3 years CRNA experience $290,000+ annually

○ Includes $30,000 annual Call Stipend and $10,000 annual retention incentive for a 3-year commitment ($30,000 total over 3 years)

○ stipend and incentives will be paid in equal installments over 26 pay periods

● 3+ years CRNA experience $340,000+ annually

○ Includes $30,000 annual Call Stipend and $10,000 annual retention incentive for a 3-year commitment ($30,000 total over 3 years)

○ stipend and incentives will be paid in equal installments over 26 pay periods

● Additional $200/hr for Overtime, Weekends (7pm Friday-7am Monday), or Holidays

○ overtime initiated after 8 hours per day for 40-hour work week

o Call is 2-3-week day shifts/month and 6 weekend call shifts per year with additional opportunities if desired. Weekends are paid separate from annual salary

o $5,000 relocation allowance

o ACT Model with opportunity to do spinals, a-line’s and epidurals, if desired.

o Level 3 Trauma Center, in process of becoming a Level 2 Trauma Center.

o Mix of Cases: Neuro, Ortho, General, GYN, Vascular, ENT, Plastics, Healthy Peds & more.

o Family-friendly schedule.

o 7 weeks of paid time off in the first year, which includes 1 week CME (8 weeks of PTO with tenure).

o $3,000 CME allowance annually.

o AANA ($775) dues paid annually.

o Reserved parking and free meals daily.
