Internist Job at Scion Health in Livingston, TN

Livingston Regional Hospital (LRH) is actively recruiting an Internist (Internal Medicine Physician Outpatient) to join our established, busy practice and patient base of collaborative providers. We are a 114-bed hospital providing a continuum of care covering all aspects of healthcare, from 24-hour emergency services to rehabilitative services on both an inpatient and an outpatient basis, a Level II-A neonatal nursery, as well as a 16-bed gero-psych unit.   About the position:

• Outpatient only
• Clinic Hours: 8am – 4:30pm 
• General Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts/week – must include Mondays/Fridays (5 8's ok)
• Call: for your own panel; after-hours generally home health
• No obstetrics
• Average # of patients seen per day (when ramped): 24-28
• Support staff: MA or LPN
• Practitioners: 3 physicians, 3NP’s; 1 Pulmonologist
• Hospitalist program for inpatient

• On-site services: lab, X-ray, ultrasound, bone density

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in Internal Medicine
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of TN and DEA with full prescriptive authority
