St. Luke s University Health Network, the region s largest, most established health system, a major teaching hospital, and one of the nation s 100 Top Hospitals is seeking a full time and part time general dentist for our mobile dental van program. The Full-Time Dentist will provide direct dental care to patients on our Rural Dental Van, Servicing the students of Carbon and Schuylkill Counties.

The Part Time Dentist will provide direct dental care to patients on our Allentown Dental Van, Servicing the students of Allentown School District. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30-4:00.

We are also seeking Dental Faculty members to join our St. Luke s Dental Clinic at our Sacred Heart Campus, located in Allentown PA. We were accredited by both the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA).   St. Luke s Dental Medicine Residency in Allentown is truly a family where our residents and faculty work together to provide excellent care for our patients and support each other in an environment of teaching and scholarly activity. The Core Faculty positions are responsible for leading, administering, and supervising all aspects of the Dental Clinic Residency Program. This position will have dedicated time for administrative, educational, strategic, and research initiatives and participate in our academic mission through our Temple/St. Luke s School of Medicine partnership.

Candidates must be experienced DDS, DMD. A valid unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of Pennsylvania and evidence of current professional liability insurance.  A current conscious sedation (Nitrous Oxide sedation) license is desirable. Five years of experience in a clinical setting is strongly recommended. Current certificate in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support.
