About the position:

• Hospital employed; full-time position
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Collaborative care with the Cancer Center, at home visits and within the Transitional Care Clinic
• Attractive compensation package — base salary, wRVU productivity and eligible for an annual quality bonus, an additional 5% of base salary
