OB/GYN Physician, Women’s Health

AtlantiCare is excited to cultivate a Women’s Health Center and other services dedicated to supporting the health and wellness of women across Atlantic, Cape May and Ocean counties, as well as to creating an exceptional patient experience. Due to this expansion of services, AtlantiCare OB/GYN is expanding our team!

We are currently seeking an OB/GYN board-certified physician for a full-time opportunity. This role will consist of a 40-hour workweek.
Here's more information about the opportunity:
- 10+ OBGYN’s + 3 GYN Only Physicians with 25+ Midwives and APNs
- Midwives do all non-complicated vaginal births and first assist
- 4-day work week: 2 Office days, 1 OR days, 1 L&D 24hr shift w/ post day off.
- Rotating call schedule (1:7 weekend call, always 2nd call)
- New Medical Arts Pavilion at Atlantic City campus offering Planned Parenthood, MFM, Safe Beginnings Program, Centering for Childbirth
- Cerner EMR System
- General OBGYN with opportunities for specialization
- Other support includes: MFM, CHOP surgeons, Uro-Gyn, Gyn-Onc, Addiction Medicine OB, etc.
Outpatient:
- 6 practice locations and 1 GYN Office with MediSpa
- Locations: Egg Harbor Township, Galloway, Hammonton, Manahawkin, Linwood, Somers Point, Cape may/Rio Grande
- Providers typically practice out of one or two locations of choice
- Average 24 patients per day in the office with a max of 28 patients
Inpatient:
- Hospital: Mainland Regional in Pomona, NJ
- 2000+ deliveries per year
- Dedicated OBGYN OR and scheduled OR time
- 9 L&D labor beds
- 25 bed postpartum, all private with showers
- 22 bed Level 3 NICU w/ CHOP surgeons/staff, capable of handling cases as early as 29 weeks
- In-house MFM, Midwife/APN support
