Halifax Health is seeking a Medical / Hematology Oncologist Physician to join our Team located in Daytona Beach, Florida!

Highlights:

Halifax Health Cancer Center for Hope is the second oldest cancer program in the State of Florida, having first been accredited through the American College of Surgeons in 1956. Individualized attention is the heart and soul of our oncology program. Our medical oncologists are part of a highly skilled team of radiation oncologists, surgeons, specialty trained nurses and clinicians that work together to provide state-of-the-art cancer care. Our oncology program includes a comprehensive range of services and programs from navigation, rehabilitation, nutrition, genetics, research, counseling and support groups to our online patient portal for cancer patients.

Job Qualifications: 

  1. Full time, Employed position (Fellows Welcome!)
  2. Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Oncology and Hematology
  3. Must hold US citizenship or permanent residency
  4. Must obtain a Florida license
  5. Minimal academic assignments/positions, majority of his/her career shall be in large (multiple locations) private or hospital based practice. Preferable hospital based in a taxing district, safety net environment (part of his/her career).
  6. Clean malpractice record
  7. Physician Governance Council allows for physician input into strategic planning and operational policies for the employed physician group
