We currently have days/evening openings at St. PetersHospital in Albany, NY.Ourhospitalistspaya vital role in ensuring excellent outcomes for ourhospitalized patients.

St. PetersHospital,HospitalistProgram Details:

• 400 Bed CommunityHospital
• Closed ICU w/ 24/7 Intensivist Support
• ADC- Rounders average 15 patients on10 hourshift
• Rounding Day Team staffing model- 20 providers
• Large employedgroup of physicians offering in-house subspecialist support
• Current openings:Days/Evenings- primarily days with flexing to evenings (4 - 10 hour shifts per pay period)

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care tohospitalized patients, including admission, daily rounds, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and providetimelyinterventions to stabilize patients.
• Ensureaccurateandtimelydocumentation of patient encounters in the electronic medical record.

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Valid medical license in the state of New York.
• Prior experience as aHospitalistpreferred but notrequired.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-pacedhospital environment.

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE:

• A comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:
• Base Salary Range: $251,680- $266,240
• Competitive base salary with RVU incentives
