Kettering Health is actively recruiting a BE/BC fellowship-trained Hematology/Oncologist to join our Cancer Care Team in Southwest Ohio. This is a hospital-employed position offering a collegial, resource-rich environment designed for physicians seeking both professional growth and work-life balance.

• On-site cyclotron. Expanding your opportunities for clinical research and trial participation
• Supportive, clinician-led, not-for-profit health system (PSLF eligible)
  
• 4 clinic days + 1 admin day (balanced schedule)
• Fellows + APP call support
• CoC-accredited program, weekly Tumor Boards
• EPIC EMR

• Proven earning potential: Guaranteed salary at the 50th percentile, with all physicians earning above the 75th percentile.
