🩺 The Role: Full-Time Emergency Medicine Physician  - Nocturnist

Based at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, this role is ideal for physicians who thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity ED and are committed to long-term practice in a supportive, clinician-led environment.

📋 What You’ll Do

🧠 The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM).
• Licensed in Wyoming; DEA required.
• Completed an ACGME/AOA-accredited residency or fellowship
• Committed to living in or near Cheyenne, WY and growing with the team
• Professional, reliable, and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.

🏥 The Hospital: Cheyenne Regional Medical Center

Founded in 1867 as a frontier “tent” hospital, Cheyenne Regional Medical Center has deep roots in the community. Today, it is a 222-bed acute care hospital and Level II Trauma Center, continuing its pioneering spirit of compassionate, world-class care.

ED Highlights:

• Patient volume: ~1.3–1.5 patients/hr.
• Capacity: 42 beds.
• EMR: Epic.
• 24/7 transfer center
• Support Services: ICU(17-bed), cath lab, stroke and chest pain center
