• Patient Information: 12-14 patients per day

• Requirements to apply: -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)

  -U.S. Citizenship required
  -Must have worked within the last 6 months
• Pay Information: $180 an hour
• Privileging Details: Takes about 6-8 weeks time for credentialed
• Board Certification Requirements: Certified or Eligible Family Medicine
• EMR: RPMS
• License - Any State License works
