Opportunity Details:
- Full-Time, Days, 7 am- 7pm; 7 on/7 off
- 100% inpatient
- On call schedule duties rotate amongst team
- Patient volume: approximately 15-16 per day
- Nocturnist coverage in place
- Procedures not mandatory, but opportunity if desired; IM residents run codes, rapids
- Open ICU with strong intensivist support
- Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents
Key Responsibilities:
- Take calls from units and new admissions from emergency department or as direct admit
- Average admissions:two per day with advanced provider assistance
- Perform direct patient care with strong subspecialist support
- Servicesinclude hospital admissions, consultations, and cross coverage
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM/ABFM)
- Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
- Visa sponsorship available; H-1B
- New grads and experienced physician candidates encouraged to apply
