Froedtert ThedaCare, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for our locations in rural Wisconsin. Practice Highlights:

• Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine, with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
• 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
• Join an established team of  physicians and APCs
• Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
• Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools

  Competitive Compensation and Benefits

• Income Details:
• Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up
• Transition to a production-based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth
• Sign-on bonus offered to support a smooth transition into practice
• 35 days of paid time off annually, including vacation, holidays, and CME
• $4,500 annual CME allowance
• Malpractice coverage with tail insurance and access to the WI Patient Compensation Fund
• Reimbursement of licensing and board certification/recertification fees
