Froedtert ThedaCare, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for our Manitowoc and Sheboygan, WI locations. Practice Highlights:

• Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine, with procedural opportunities if desired
• 1.0 FTE consists of 35 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
• Join an established team of physicians and APPs
• Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
• Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools

• Income Details:
• Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up
• Transition to a production-based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth
• Sign on/retention bonus of $300,000 over six years
• 35 days of paid time off annually
