Critical Care - Intensivist Job at Regional Brain Institute in Tulsa, OK

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ICU Hospitalist Nocturnist with training in Internal Medicine to provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients during the night shift in a high-acuity, fast-paced ICU setting. The ideal candidate will manage complex cases including respiratory failure, sepsis, cardiac events, and multi-organ failure. This position requires excellent clinical judgment, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to make swift, evidence-based decisions in a high-volume environment. The nocturnist will be responsible for overseeing the care of ICU patients during overnight hours, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes.

Position Description

1. Full-Time, FTE preferred
2. 7on/7off work schedule (day shift and/or night shift available)

Position Requirements

1. Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine with additional training, experience, fellowship, or board-certification in Critical Care
   
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Neuro-ICU or ICU setting

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide expert care for critically ill patients in the ICU, including those requiring mechanical ventilation, vasopressor support, and multi-organ monitoring
2. Collaborate with consultants to address risk factors
