We're seeking a compassionate and experienced licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) to join our behavioral health team serving skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in the Warrensburg, Missouri, area.

What You'll Do
  • Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services to residents in long-term and skilled nursing facilities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
  • Conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and follow-up care to support emotional and psychological well-being

Qualifications
  • LPC, LMHC, or LMFT providers.(We are unable to consider LCSW's for these roles.)
  • Active LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license in Missouri (must have completed all required supervisory hours).
  • Eligible to practice and bill independently
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting the mental health of older adults
