Job Description

Watson Clinic’s high-volume Urgent Care department is offering a remarkable Partnership opportunity for an Urgent Care Physician to join our esteemed group. This is a chance to be part of a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our community.

What We Offer

NO Nights & NO Call!
Service Hours 8am – 6pm / 7 days a week
Competitive Pay: Base Salary plus an incentive bonus
Located in desirable Lakeland.
On-site CT, Ultrasound, Digital X-rays, and Full Laboratory Testing.
Board-certified, team-oriented physicians and experienced RNs and LPNs.
Extensive primary care & multi-specialty base for timely referrals.
EPIC EMR
2 years until Partnership.

What We Are Looking For

BC or BE in FM, IM, Pediatrics, or Emergency Medicine.
One year of experience in primary care, urgent care, or a walk-in clinic setting is preferred.
Willing to work 2 weekends per month
