  Humana Military Healthcare Services has upcoming openings for two Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYNs to provide care for active duty soldiers and their dependents from Camp LeJeune.   

  Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, home of expeditionary forces in readiness, is a warfighting platform from which our Marines and Sailors train, operate, launch and recover while providing facilities, services and support that meet the needs of our warfighters and their families. 

The City of Jacksonville is the commercial hub of Onslow County and home to MarineCorps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station New River. The City has grown rapidly since 1941, when Camp Lejeune was established, and possesses a rich City history dating back to 1731. Cities near Jacksonville, NC, include smaller coastal towns like Swansboro and Sneads Ferry, more rural spots like Richlands, and larger coastal cities like Wilmington (about an hour away), offering beaches, history, and dining, with nearby areas like Morehead City, Beaufort, and Emerald Isle also popular for day trips. The main duty of these positions is inpatient labor/delivery. Approx 130-140 deliveries per month.  More details to be finalized regarding day to day, including call responsibilities.   

  Humana is offering an extremely competitive hourly rate plus bonus, along with Medical Malpractice Insurance. Providers will be covered under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
