Job Description:
- Full-Time, Night Shift
- 3x12s per week
- Rotating every fourth weekend
- No call
- 100% inpatient
- Position includes trauma, emergency general surgery and surgical care of ICU patients
- APP will performcentral lines, arterial lines, intubations, and chest tube insertions
- Team includes 11 physicians and 20APPs
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree Required
- Must be board eligible or board certified
- ACNP, AGNP. FNP or PA certification required
- At least 5 years nursing experience in critical care/ED required
- Individual sought must have great attention to detail, be incredibly thorough and be able to keep up with the quick pace of assessment and documentation with a very critical patient population
- Ideal candidates are able to work autonomous, have strong critical thinking skills and a team-oriented mindset
