💰 $378,000+ annual base pay PLUS $15k in bonus money, $5k per year in CME money and FULLY paid Health Care Insurance Premiums - a $60,000 commencement bonus and $15k for relocation available 90 days prior to start
🌴 Work 168 shifts, not the normal 182 shifts... that's like having two extra weeks off compared to most other jobs. 
📅 Nocturnist work with admitter support for part of the evening hours and tele-hospitalist support for most of the shift.  You are there primarily to admit and round on sicker patients... not answer nursing calls all night.   
🏥 A 380-bed, independent, and financially stable health system
👨‍⚕️ Team-based compensation model—you’re on equal footing with partners from day one
🚨 24/7 board-certified EM physicians staffing the ER for seamless care coordination

• Open ICU with PulmCC support (and no ICU at smaller campus)
• ED is right down the hall for easy access to admissions
• Big enough to have most specialists for consult support, but small enough that there is only one group of each!
  
• Average 8-10 admits per night.
