Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, emphasizing disease prevention, health promotion, and the management of chronic conditions. As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a critical role in establishing lasting relationships with patients, ensuring continuity of care, and promoting overall health and wellness within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical exams and take detailed medical histories.

• Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and other health issues.

• Provide preventive care services, including routine screenings, vaccinations, and health counseling.

• Develop individualized care plans for patients and monitor their progress over time.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging studies) and provide follow-up care.

• Prescribe medications and treatments as needed, and educate patients on their proper use.

• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers for coordinated care when necessary.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records (EMRs) for each patient.

• Counsel patients on lifestyle changes, including diet, exercise, and stress management.

• Stay current with medical research, best practices, and emerging healthcare trends.

• Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate in on-call rotations and emergency care as needed.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) from an accredited institution.

• Completion of a residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field.

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

• Valid medical license to practice in [State/Country].
