Primary Care Outpatient- Shiloh Internal Medicine- Shiloh, IL (replacing an exiting physician)

Welcome interest from resident or practicing physicians

• Start date range: 2026 
• Group: 2 established physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioner (would have your own MA)
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 4.5 days patient care, .5-day administrative work
• Compensation: 3-Year guaranteed salary, signing bonus, 20 days paid time off, paid holidays, 5 days paid CME, $3500/ year CME
• Paid Time off not tracked after becoming a shareholder.
• Track to shareholder, onboarding and practice ramp up support provided.
• Complete Business Office support including: IT, HR, Finance, Operations, Care Management, Billing, Coding, Analytics and more.
• Current benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Long/Short term Disability, HSA/FSA, Profit Sharing, 401k match, other misc.
• Will consider Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or other related sub-specialty interested in full-time primary care with ability to incorporate sub-specialty care.
• Value Based Care approach, with resources to train best practices and infrastructure to support patient care outside of location.
• Medicare Advantage panel management is large focus of practice, with some Fee For Service/Commercial patient care.
