Job Description

Gould Medical Group is looking for a board-certified Physician Assistant for their Podiatry department in Modesto, CA.

Gould Medical Group is a growing, 525+ clinician multi-specialty group located about two hours east of San Francisco, California. Our communities offer quick access to the bay area as well as other hot spots such as Napa Valley, Yosemite, and Lake Tahoe.

 

Position Details:

  1. Starting base salary: $155,000 - $165,000
  2. Compensation negotiable based on experience
  3. 34 patient contact hours per week
  4. Position will support six Podiatrists; primarily with the on-call DPM for the day
  5. Supportive, progressive DPM team willing to train new grad
  6. Foot and ankle experience a plus
  7. Primary responsibilities will be in the OR and hospital rounding
  8. Average of 3 – 5 cases of varying complexity per OR day
  9. Two half-days per week in clinic with average of 12 – 15 patients per half day
  10. Integral part of limb salvage program
  11. No night or weekend call
  12. First call during day hours
  13. Ramp up program expected to take four to six months
  14. Duties subject to modification as the role develops
  15. Supportive/collaborative APC/physician team environment valuing top of licensure practice
  16. Stable and growing group
  17. EHR: Epic
