Requirements

• Minimum 5 year of Behavioral Health experience preferred

• Board Certified as a PA-C or CNP - preference for PMHNP credential

• State of Michigan License*

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

• Deliver comprehensivecare to patients across all age groups.

• Conduct level of care assessments and evaluations, manage acute care transitionclinics, and provide follow-up for outpatient visits.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team,includingpsychiatrist, subspecialists, behavioral healththerapist, case managers, and nursing staff.

• Utilize EPIC for efficient documentation, care coordination, and tracking quality metrics.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives.

• Receive support from centralized administrative and clinical infrastructure for scheduling, billing, and referral management.

• Provide direct patient care and document interactions in the Epic EMR system.

• Support community health initiatives through active involvement and collaboration.
