Salary Range: $200,000 — $250,000

Compensation Policy: We offer competitive total compensation and benefit packages to our physicians. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Total compensation takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training: education/certification/licensure; and other business factors. This total pay range includes incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.

Torrance Memorial Physician Network Pediatrics — Personalized  care for children from birth to 18 years of age. Our Torrance Memorial board-certified pediatricians are experienced in providing very comprehensive general pediatrics care, as well as providing care for chronic illnesses in children. We assist you in coordinating care by specialists and strive to support you when issues arise regarding behavior, emotional and physical development, as well as school issues along the journey to adulthood.

Additionally, the Pat and Ellen Theodora Pediatric and Young Adult Pavilion at Torrance Memorial Medical Center offers a full range of medical services for our pediatrics to young adult patients.
