Job Description

 

Northern Light Acadia Hospital in Bangor, Maine is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible psychiatrist to join our Adult Psychiatry Residency Program’s faculty as an Adult Outpatient Preceptor. Our program is committed to providing a comprehensive and supportive learning environment that fosters the development of exceptional clinicians, researchers, and leaders in the field of psychiatry.

Details:

  1. Provide direct clinical supervision for psychiatric residents in our Adult Medication Management clinic
  2. Flexible schedules – full-time and part-time options available, on-site work is required
  3. Collaboration with the Residency Director and Medical Director of Adult Outpatient Psychiatry
  4. Ample support from other psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, technicians, and hospital leadership
