Methodist Medical Group (MMG) a premier physician-led organization affiliated with Methodist Health System in Dallas, Texas, is actively seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to work directly with patient care under the supervision and collaboration with our dynamic and tenured Pulmonologist.

Job Requirements:

  1. Graduate of a PA accredited program
  2. Certified by the National board certification with NCCPA
  3. New Graduates are welcome to apply!
  4. Inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities


  Job Responsibilities: 

  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history and physical examinations.
  2. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as imaging, labs, and pulmonary function tests
  3. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
  4. Provide patient and family education on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications
  5. Assist with procedures such as chest tubes, thoracentesis and trach management, proctoring available
  6. Participate in the evaluation and management of patients with conditions such as asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, and pulmonary hypertension
  7. No bronchus, vents, or ICU coverage
  8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
  9. Participate in quality improvement and multidisciplinary team meetings
  10. Be accountable for your performance
  11. Always look for ways to improve the patient experience
  12. Be engaged, eager to learn, and take initiative for your professional growth
