Methodist Medical Group (MMG) a premier physician-led organization affiliated with Methodist Health System in Dallas, Texas, is actively seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to work directly with patient care under the supervision and collaboration with our dynamic and tenured Pulmonologist.

Job Requirements:
- Graduate of a PA accredited program
- Certified by the National board certification with NCCPA
- New Graduates are welcome to apply!
- Inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history and physical examinations.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as imaging, labs, and pulmonary function tests
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Provide patient and family education on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications
- Assist with procedures such as chest tubes, thoracentesis and trach management, proctoring available
- Participate in the evaluation and management of patients with conditions such as asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, and pulmonary hypertension
- No bronchus, vents, or ICU coverage
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Participate in quality improvement and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Be accountable for your performance
- Always look for ways to improve the patient experience
- Be engaged, eager to learn, and take initiative for your professional growth
