Job Description

St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center is actively recruiting a Surgical Nurse Practitioner  to join our established group. As a 145-bed general acute care hospital, we are the largest full-service regional medical center between Boise, Idaho, and Spokane, Washington. With a Level III Trauma Center and more than 100 board‑certified physicians and providers in both primary care and specialty disciplines, we deliver advanced-level specialty healthcare to ensure every patient, and their loved ones have everything they need to feel comforted, every step of their journey.

  About the position:

  1. Surgical opportunity that will mainly support ortho, but could also support neuro or general
  2. Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5
  3. General Schedule: 36 patient care hours and 4 hours admin
  4. Call: weekend and daytime call rotation with collaborating provider
  5. Average # of patients seen per day:15-20
  6. Department: 3 APPs
  7. Clinic days per week: 2-3 depending on OR schedule
  8. OR days per week: 2

Qualifications:

  1. Completion of an Accredited Graduate NP Program
  2. Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of ID and DEA with full prescriptive authority

Recruitment package may include:

  1. Compensation in the MGMA 50th-75th% inclusive of wRVU production incentive
