  Asante is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient Endocrinology team in the heart of the beautiful Rogue Valley in Southern Oregon. This is your opportunity to practice in a region known for its natural beauty, vibrant culture, and welcoming community.

About the Role
In this position, you’ll provide care for patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, including those on insulin pumps, multi-dose insulin regimens, and continuous glucose monitoring. You’ll also manage a smaller panel of patients with stable endocrine conditions such as hypothyroidism and osteoporosis. This is a 100% outpatient role, and we require a minimum of 3 years of Endocrinology experience.
