General Surgeon – Mankato Clinic | Southern Minnesota

The Opportunity
The Mankato Clinic is seeking a General Surgeon to join our collegial team of 3 surgeons and 5 advanced practice providers at our Main Clinic. This is an ideal role for a surgeon who enjoys broad-based general surgery and appreciates practicing in a supportive, well-resourced environment.

What You Can Expect

  1. Call: 1:3
  2. Mix of Surgical Center and Hospital-based procedures
  3. Bread-and-butter surgery with interest in endoscopy and colo-rectal surgery
  4. Onsite Diagnostic Imaging, Lab, and a robust EMR
  5. Collaborative team culture with strong APP support

What We’re Looking For

  1. MD/DO
  2. Completion of an ACGME-accredited General Surgery residency
  3. Colorectal fellowship a plus
  4. Ability to obtain Minnesota medical license
  5. Board Eligible/Board Certified in General Surgery

Compensation & Benefits

  1. 24-month salary guarantee: $500,000–$940,000
  2. Transition to production model
  3. Medical, dental, CME, PTO, malpractice, 401(k) profit-sharing
  4. Partnership/shareholder status available
