Advanced Spine & Pain is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician (MD or DO) to join our growing interventional pain management team in Tooele, Utah. This position offers an excellent practice environment with strong support and highly competitive compensation.

Position Highlights:

• $360,000 annual base salary

• Productivity True-Up to 32% of Gross Attributable Collections

Our New Medical Facility:

Advanced Spine & Pain is expanding into a brand-new **5,300 sq. ft. medical facility**, scheduled for completion in **late 2026**. This state-of-the-art building will include modern procedure rooms, expanded clinic space, advanced imaging capabilities, and enhanced patient flow designed to support high-quality interventional pain care. Physicians joining our team will have the opportunity to practice in a custom-built environment focused on efficiency, safety, and exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with an active or obtainable Utah medical license

• Training in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, or related specialty
