Position Description

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited school of medicine with ABIM-recognized IM residency  required.
• Formal Residency/fellowship in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation required
• NYS Medical License, valid and unrestricted required
• 3 to 5 years of leadership in a Rehabilitation Medicine setting required
