We are recruiting for clinical positions as well as an academic leadership team for the ACGME approved Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship welcoming their inaugural class in July 2027.

- Dedicated pediatric ER check in and waiting room
- Annual Volume: 34,000
- ED Beds: 27 (16 ED beds; 2 resuscitation rooms; 3 fast track beds; 2 triage stations; close access to 4 trauma bays)
- PPH: 1.94
- Admit Rate: 19%
- Acuity: High
- Physician Coverage: 28 hours
- Physician Shifts: 7a-3p; 2p-12a; 9p-7a
- APP Coverage: 30 hours
- APP Shifts: 9a-9p; 7a-4p; 1p-10p

Children’s Hospital:
- PICU: 20 bed staffed by Pediatric Critical Care specialists
- NICU: 58 bed Level IV with in-house neonatologist coverage
- Pediatric hospitalist service
- Full range of pediatric subspecialists
- Child Life Specialists on staff at hospital
- Pediatric Pharmacist on staff
- Dedicated Pediatric RT (weekdays)
- Only Children’s Hospital in the region
- Academic Site for six residency programs, including Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, and Family Medicine
- Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship Program begins July 2027
Compensation
- W2: $145/hr + $35 per patient 10% of Base & Productivity pay is subject to 10% QSP (QSP guaranteed at 100% for first 90 days)
- 1099: $155/hr + $35 per patient 10% of Base & Productivity pay is subject to 10% QSP (QSP guaranteed at 100% for first 90 days)
- QSP: Quality Service Performance metrics pay is based on national, hospital-specific, and group membership measures
- Shift Buydown: opportunity for shift buydown with academic leadership roles
