Kidney Care Center is seeking a full-time board certified/board eligible Nephrologist to join our established practice in Rockford, Illinois.  This is a great opportunity for new grads or practicing Nephrologists to join a well established team.  Ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who excels at working collaboratively and is able to provide compassionate and comprehensive care to our amazing CKD and ESRD patients.

The position involves outpatient CKD clinic, daily inpatient hospital consults, and shared outpatient dialysis rounding.
