Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican is seeking a Pulmonology and Critical Care (Pulm/CC) Physician to join our team in Santa Cruz, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a mission-driven, physician-led group focused on clinical excellence and community impact.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $415-450k annually
  • Productivity-based bonus potential
  • Sign-on Bonus up to 60k
  • Relocation Assistance up to $20k

Job Requirements
  • MD or DO
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
  • California Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency
