Interventional Pain Management Physician (PM&R)
Precision Care Medical & Sports Performance – Brooklyn, NY

Precision Care Medical & Sports Performance is seeking a PM&R-trained, fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our growing outpatient private practice in Brooklyn, NY. As part of a successful multi-location practice serving the greater New York area, we are a multidisciplinary musculoskeletal and pain practice focused on non-surgical, evidence-based care, with an on-site procedural suite and strong physical therapy integration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and management of musculoskeletal and spine conditions

• Ordering and interpreting imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT)

• Performing EMG/NCV

• Prescribing PT/OT and coordinating care with our rehabilitation team

• Performing procedures such as:

• Peripheral joint injections (corticosteroids, viscosupplementation, PRP)

• Neuraxial injections (ESI, MBB, RFA)

• Spinal Cord Stimulation trials

• Utilizing an in-office procedural suite equipped with:

• C-arm

• RFA generator

• Ultrasound

• Medication management, with emphasis on non-opioid treatments

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• No nights, no call, no weekends

Practice & Payor Mix

• Private outpatient practice setting

• Collaborative team environment with experienced support staff

• Established patient and referral base

• Convenient Brooklyn location with accessible public transportation

• Payors: commercial insurance, with some Medicare and workers’ compensation/personal injury

• On-site services: general consults, EMG/NCV, injection procedures, interventional pain procedures

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Pain Medicine fellowship training (ACGME-accredited preferred)

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Medicine

• Board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R required)

• Active or eligible New York State medical license

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Commitment to a patient-centered, conservative care approach
