In this role, you will share and grow a patient panel with a physician partner and have the option to incorporate same-day care if interested. Schedule:
- 0.6–1.0 FTE, Monday–Friday, clinic hours approximately 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (flexible based on candidate interest)
In this role, you will:
- Provide comprehensive preventive care for children and adults
- Support patients in managing chronic conditions
- Develop and coordinate treatment plans based on clinical assessments
- Review labs and determine the appropriate next steps in care
- Partner with patients to promote wellness, education, and long-term health
REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for this position you must meet one of the following requirements:
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current Minnesota Physician Assistant Licensure
We are hiring an applicant that meets or exceeds the following experience:
- Previous experience in Urgent Care
- Previous experience Family Medicine/Walk-In Clinic
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $109,241.60 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Salary range: $109,241.60 - $124,904 per year
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
