TheDirector - Advanced Providerswill provideclinical and operational support to Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) across one of more Service Lines. Under the direction of Senior Leadership, this leader plans and directs the clinical activities for Advanced Practice Providers within theDepartment of Pediatrics.
The Director oversees adherence to organizational policies and state and federal regulations, supervises APPs and other assigned team members, and directs daily operations including staffing, quality improvement, customer service, and patient access. The Director works collaboratively with Senior Leadership to ensure top scope APP utilization with responsibility for achieving operational and financial performance metrics. The Director also maintains their own clinical practice and competency, actively participating in direct patient care and teaching as required.

Collaborate with the Department of Pediatrics and APPs practicing within the department. This Director will oversee APP leaders and APP team members.
