Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team to support the region’s largest Level III NICU between Memphis and St. Louis.
Position Details:
Join a group of 3 board-certified, fellowship-trained neonatologists and 5 Neonatal APPs
36 bed NICU, 306 bed Medical Center, 18 LDPR rooms.
Our team supports a busy, high-volume, high-quality OB service of more than 1,500 births annually.
NEC: 0% and ROP: 0%
Supported by the area’s only full-time perinatology service and expert staff of nurses, respiratory therapists, and other specialists trained to detect and avert problems associated with high-risk pregnancies and deliveries.
Schedule will be 24-hour shifts, 0700-0700 (21 shifts/quarter or approximately 7 shifts/month)

Education:
- Graduate of an approved Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Program for Neonatal Nurses
- Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant Program
Certification & Licensures:
- Credentialed and licensed to practice as an Advanced Practice Neonatal Nurse in the State of Missouri or,
- Credentialed and licensed to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Missouri
- NRP Certification
- BLS Certification
Experience:
- Requires a minimum of two (2) years' experience in neonatal nursing
- Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to read, write and speak in fluent English
