Physician – Electrophysiologist

Location: Philadelphia Suburbs, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time

Main Line Health, a nationally recognized health system in the western Philadelphia suburbs, is seeking an experienced Electrophysiologist to join our renowned Lankenau Heart Institute team at Lankenau Medical Center, a leading tertiary and quaternary care facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, expertise in complex catheter ablation and device implantation, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Clinical research experience is preferred.

Our Electrophysiology program is among the most advanced in the region, featuring three dedicated EP labs, two of which are state-of-the-art and designed for complex procedures. We routinely perform atrial fibrillation ablations (including cryoablation), ventricular tachycardia ablations, and device implantations such as ICDs and pacemakers. Physicians have access to major mapping systems (Carto, Rhythmia, ESI) and cutting-edge technologies, including investigational therapies and clinical trials through the Lankenau Institute for Medical Research (LIMR).

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiology and Electrophysiology
  • Valid Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility for licensure
  • Expertise in complex catheter ablation and device implantation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
