Humana’s CenterWell Senior Care Centers is experiencing tremendous growth and are seeking physicians our senior outpatient care centers.

• 10-12 patients daily on average

• More time with patients

• M-F 8:00 – 5:00 outpatient schedule – Home in time for dinner

• Quality over quantity seeing 12 to 15 patients daily (500 - 600 panel)

• Care Team supporting social determinates addressing needs outside of the exam room, including food insecurity, social isolation and transportation issues
