Position Details:

• Internal promotion opportunity for a Team Lead
• Will be working directly with 4 Physicians and 7 Advanced Practice Providers
• Full Time Days

Patient Population:

• Complex patient Population
  • Co-Management with multiple subspecialty service including Ortho, Neurosurgery, Cardiology, PVS/CVS, GI, Urology, Nephrology etc.

Qualifications:

• Only considering INTERNAL candidates
• 3-5 years' experiencepreferred
• ACNP, AGNP, FNP, or PA certificationrequired
• Candidatemust be flexible, dependable, and a great communicator/collaborator.
